. They have inspired numerous other people to dream and to eventually achieve their dreams.

The origins of ‘We are Forever’ go back to a small village in District Ferozepur in Punjab. Iqbal, like many other youngsters, was not very inclined towards higher studies and dropped out of college. But he was different than many of his contemporaries as he always dreamt big and wanted to make it big in life. He was in search of some idea, as he wanted to fulfill his dreams.

In July 2013, Iqbal came to know about Forever Living, an American Network Marketing company that manufactures and sells various aloe vera products. He was introduced to Forever Living by one of his childhood friend, Yadwinder Brar, who also shared the same hometown.  After Iqbal got to know about Forever Living in detail and studied its business model, he realised that this was it. He had found his mantra to success and a means to achieve his dreams.

All along his journey Iqbal met many people associated with Forever Living. One such senior member of the team greatly influenced Iqbal. The senior member had created his own group within the organization and had a very large and successful team under him. Iqbal had got an opportunity to meet him when he attended some training sessions under him. The young ambitious boy then decided that one day he would also form his own successful group.

The turning point of the Business was when Iqbal and Jaspreet met. Jaspreet was in his pre final year of graduation and was a very meritorious student and also a champion in athletics. Jaspreet was another young boy who looked at life very differently and had very big dreams for his life. He always had that flair in him to do something very big in life and to become an achiever. After Iqbal shared his idea with Jaspreet, he was pretty convinced with the idea and found it very promising. This young energetic Punjabi boy immediately decided to drop out of college and he joined Iqbal full time in pursuit of their dreams. They started bonding very well right from day one.

Like any other business, We are Forever, had to overcome its own set of challenges. There was very little support from the family and even friends. Everyone used to just comment in negative stating that this business wont survive long. They used to travel once a week to Chandigarh from Ferozepur, which is a distance of about 300 kms.

But then, both Iqbal and Jaspreet had made up their mind that they would create their own brand and that would become a name to reckon with in the network marketing industry. They wanted to be a known as a strong entity within Forever Living also.

They worked real hard in up country and rural areas. Gradually they started to increase their business in cities and towns. Finally, in 2015 both of them took a big call and moved to Chandigarh. It was not an easy task to do business there as they were used to working in small towns and villages.

But they were hell bent. They decided that they needed to make it big. Together they set out on a mission. The Mission was to create an organization, which becomes a force to reckon with in the network marketing industry. International Leaders of Network Marketing inspired them. They wanted to run this business in a very professional way and wanted it to be centered on knowledge sharing with all team members. They wanted their organization to have a distinct identity in the World of Forever Living.

There is a reason and story of how and why the name ‘We are Forever’ was chosen. It was decided that the name would not have any direct link to the names of the Founders, so that all the people in the team have a sense of belongingness. The beginning was a Whatsapp group of all team members by the name of We are Forever.

Slowly and gradually people started accepting their idea and started endorsing it. ‘We are Forever’ started from a very small office in Mohali and shifted a few offices, before moving into their current swank office located at Airport Road, Mohali. This current office has a very good training facility and has been the training ground of many young people who have joined in the last couple of years and now have become very strong in the system. Thanks to God’s grace and their hard work they even started doing business on an international level.

The Mission of the organization is to promote entrepreneurship in people and to help them achieve their dreams. The idea is to build ‘We are Forever’ as a brand that is associated with ethics and trust. The idea is to create a large community of people involved or interested in network marketing. As of today, both these young boys are on the right track to create an organization involved in network marketing which is in a different league altogether.
